At the time of booking guests must provide New Horizons Boutique Hostel with a VISA or MasterCard number. New Horizons Boutique Hostel will hold reservations on that basis. In the event of cancellation, 24 hours notice is required. If guests fail to cancel their reservation within 24 hours of check-in, New Horizons Hostel has the right to apply a fee equal to the tariff on one night’s stay.

Check-In Time: after 3:00 pm – 11:00pm
Check-Out Time: 11:00 am

Other times may be arranged during the reservation booking. Upon check-in guests are asked to register in writing at the front desk with photo ID. Guests will be asked to provide a credit card imprint (VISA or MasterCard) and asked how they will be settling their account upon check-out. The front desk will provide the guest with a room key. If guests are going to be out of the building pass 11:00pm they must ask at the desk for the front door key – after 11:00pm night time security is on regular floor duty. Guests may settle their account upon check-out with Visa, MasterCard, Canadian Traveller’s Cheques or Canadian Currency.
