Housekeeping:
Housekeeping services are provided daily. Towels will be changed and beds will be made before 2pm.

Lounges:
There are lounges on each floor. Lounges are equipped with kitchenettes and TV’s with cable, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and juice. DVD players are available upon request at the front desk, for use in the lounges.

Laundry:
We have a self serve laundry facility for our guests.
The cost is $1.00 per wash/$1.00 per dry.
Detergent and fabric softener can be purchased at the front desk, or at dispenser in laundry room.
Iron and ironing board are located in the laundry room for your use.

Roof Top Patio:
All guests have access to a peaceful roof top patio. Ideal for quiet moments, sit and enjoy the beautiful view of our city and lake.
Free parking is available.

Bicycle Storage:
Bicycle storage is also available within the building and will need to be arranged when booking a reservation.
Business Centre:
A fax and photocopier are available for guests at the front desk.

Facility Rental:
Meeting rooms and a fully equipped auditorium is also available for group functions. Complete audio and visual equipment located on-site. *An extra charge will apply for rental.
Library:
Guests are welcome to use our library located on the 15th floor. Internet Access is available in the library and guests are welcome to check email and use the internet at no extra charge.
